Attention Parents:

Sign ups for the 2012 Football Cheer Season information is below.

 

Important Dates:

May 22nd - Sign Ups

July 2nd - Mailed forms must be post marked by this date.  After this date a $15 late fee will be added to the amount of your regular fee.

August 6th - Practice Begins

August 8th - MANDATORY PARENTS MEETING

August 25th & 26th - 7th & 8th grade games begin

September 8th & 9th - 4th-6th grade games begin

October 27th - Football Season Ends

October 29th -  Football Season Uniform Turn In

 

Sign-Up:

Who: Those students, that live within the St. Johns School District, entering 4th-8th grade for the 2012-2013 school year.

When: Tuesday, May 22, 2012, 5:45pm - 7pm. Mailed forms must be post marked by July 2, 2012. After that a $15 late fee will incur.

Where:  St. Johns Middle School, Auditeria

Fee: $45.00, plus a $95 uniform deposit.

Notes: There will be two forms to fill out for each athlete, plus one additional form to be filled out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below.

 

Volunteers:

WE ARE ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEER COACHES. We can not run this program without volunteers!
Please contact the appropriate contact person if you can help, or have any questions. If you cannot help, please do your best to support those that do. PLEASE NO CALLS AFTER 9:00 PM.
