Attention Parents

2011 Flag Football Sign Up information below.

Important Dates

September 14th - Sign Ups

September 18th - Sign Ups again from 5:30-6:30pm.

September 19th - Sign Ups again from 6:00-7:00pm

Sign Up

Who? - Any 1st - 3rd Graders interested in playing flag football.

When? - Wednesday, Sept. 14th from 7pm - 8pm or by printing off the forms below, fill them out completely and mail them to the contact information below no later than Sept. 16th. These forms can be downloaded from our web site. Click on "Forms" on the right hand side of this page where you can print off the forms to fill out at home and have them ready on the night of sign-up.

Where? - At the Junior Redwing Football Building on the south side of the High School.

Fees - Cost will be $25.00, all checks to be made out to SJYAA. 

Season Information

Game Times - Games will be at Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings. The first game will be on Wednesday, September 21st

Season Duration - Will run for 5 weeks.

Coaching - If you can volunteer to coach, please fill out the volunteer application and return it to me as soon as possible. This league cannot happen without your help!

Forms Needed

There will be 2 forms to fill out for each player plus 1 additional form to fill out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below.
