Attention All Parents
Equipment turn in is on November 1st and 2nd from 5 pm to 7pm.

Please be advised of date and time change for 8th grade equipment pick up.
2011 Football Sign Up information below. Beginning this season, SJYAA will be adding 8th grade football due to the Middle School dropping the program.
If you have not signed up your child for football yet please download forms and mail them to the address provided.
ATTENTION parents sign up has been extended to August 1st, 2011 and the fee is $100
Looking for volunteer football coaches, if interested contact Terry Gimmey ASAP as their are meetings all coaches need to attend.

August 8th - PRACTICE BEGINS - 5:30 -7:30pm - MUST BRING YOUR PHYSICAL

Sign-Up
Who: Those students, that live within the St. Johns School District, entering 4th-8th grade for the 2011-2012 school year.
When: Thursday, May 12, 2011, 6:15pm - 8pm. Mailed forms must be post marked by July 1, 2011. After that a $15 late fee will incur.
Where: Oakview South Elementary Gym.
Fee: $75 4th-6th grade, $80 for 7th grade, and $85 for 8th grade
Notes: There will be five forms to fill out for each athlete, plus one additional form to be filled out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below. ALL PHYSICAL FORMS ARE DUE THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO PARTICIPATE!
