Attention All Parents

2013 Football Sign Up information below.

EQUIPMENT TURN IN: 4/5 th grade and 6th grade Sunday October 20th 2:00-3:30 and 7th and 8th grade November 3rd from 2:30-4:00. ALL equipment due on return dates for your deposit to be returned to you. Failure to do so will result in deposit being cashed and kept.

Late Registration until July 5th at the normal price. After July 5th add $15. Registration ends August 5th.

*** SJYAA will NO LONGER be providing practice gear.  You will be responsible for providing your player with a practice jersey, practice pants and pads,  and a girdle.  We will be selling the following used practice gear at equipment hand out: Practice jersey $5, Practice pants w/ pads and girdle $10. Each player will receive a helmet, shoulder pads, game jersey and game pants that will be returned at the end of the season.***

REMINDER: Equipment handout is July 22nd from 6-8 This is the only date until first day of practice to get your equipment. Also one parent needs to be their with each child as their is one more piece of paper required by law that everyone must sign before playing.

July 5th: All registrations post marked after this day will have a $15 late fee

July 14th: 5-5:30 Mandatory coaches meeting at the equipment barn

July 22nd: Equipment handout 6-8 pm

August 5th: Sign ups will not be accepted after this date.

August 12th: Practice begins 5:45-7:45
                    4th/5th @ middle school
                    6th/7th/8th @ highschool practice field
August 13th: 6pm Mandatory parents meeting at equipment barn
September 4th: Schedules Available
September 7/8th: All games start

Sign-Up

Who: Those students, that live within the St. Johns School District, entering 4th-8th grade for the 2013-2014 school year.

When: Monday, May 13, 2013, 5:30pm - 7pm. Mailed forms must be post marked by July 5, 2013. After that a $15 late fee will incur.

Where:  St. Johns Middle School, Auditeria

Fee: $75 4th-6th grade, $80 for 7th grade, and $85 for 8th grade (There will be a $150 uniform deposit due at sign up. This deposit check will not be cashed unless equipment is not turned in on designated turn in date.) Please write 2 separate checks.


Notes: There will be five forms to fill out for each athlete, plus one additional form to be filled out if you choose to volunteer as a coach. The forms needed are listed below. ALL PHYSICAL FORMS ARE DUE THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE IN ORDER FOR YOUR CHILD TO PARTICIPATE!
